In Zynga’s Cafe World, your buzz rating is one of the most important aspects of the game. You buzz rating is the number in the top right corner of the screen and it indicates how popular your cafe is with your customers.

The higher the number, the more customers will walk into your cafe and sit down and eat. The max that your buzz rating can be is 105 and you will want to keep it there as much as possible. Once you get the hang of how to keep it there, it should never drop.

I see alot of questions on why your buzz rating suddenly drops. There are only a limited amount of conditions that would cause it to do so. Mainly, it’s because you are out of food and your customers are still coming in and sitting down to eat. For every one that does so, they lower your buzz rating by 0.7. It doesn’t take but just a little while for unhappy customers to drive your buzz rating back down under 50 if you don’t catch it in time. To keep this from happening you should remove your doors and put them into your inventory until you can get more food prepared and ready to serve.

Another problem why buzz rating is lowered suddenly is because your server isn’t serving effectively. If they are slow in cleaning the tables and a customer walks in and sits at a dirty table, they will leave unhappy, lowering your buzz rating.

It is important to choose the layout of your cafe wisely so your server can reach all of the tables and not have a bunch of obstacles to go around when trying to reach the tables. Having your tables close together will help in improving the time it takes to serve and clean the tables.

For those who aren’t aware, there is a glitch in the game that will allow you to trap your server in the corner and it will allow to automatically serve the food and clean the tables. This helps greatly in the speed that your cafe operates at and keeps customers from leaving unhappy because they sat at a table with a dirty plate.
